The Santa Experience FAQs

Dress your little ones in festive holiday outfits that complement the magical winter backdrop of white-flocked, lit-up Christmas trees. Think cozy sweaters, holiday dresses, festive jammies, or anything that brings out the Christmas spirit!

That's totally okay! While I absolutley will not force your child(ren) to sit with or even near Santa, I will follow their lead. It's also why I encourage parents to come dress to be in the photos as well. Sometimes the best memories captured are the unexpected reactions to Santa. We'll take our time to help your little one feel at ease, and if tears happen, we'll work together to turn those frowns upside down.

Your photos will be ready within 2 weeks after your session, just in time to use them for holiday cards gifts, or sharing on social media! *Upgrades available.

My sessions are designed for immediate family only, with a limit of 4 kids per session. If you'd like extra time, consider booking back-to-back sessions.

Your session includes creating a personalized letter to Santa, a 1:1 meet and greet with Santa, 5 high-res edited photos, an online gallery for easy access to your images, festive treats, and hot chocolate at the mini hot cocoa bar.

You don't need to bring anything specific-no props or extra clothing are necessary. Just bring your festive spirit and let us take care of the rest! But if you have a specific prop you would like to include, you are welcome to bring it.

Yes, parking is conveniently located right outside the building. We've made it easy for you to find a spot and get into the studio quickly. After you book your session, I'll send you the exact directions.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed during The Santa Experience to ensure a smooth and focused experience for your little ones.

Yes - just reach out and I will make a note for Santa to check on his reindeer for your session. Otherwise, you can tell the elves before your session and Santa will step out.
